a circle-up for parents of neurodivergent kids

A private, opt-in online community, started by Erin, where parents share what works, ask the questions that keep them up at night, and remember something important: you know your kid best.

What we believe

Radical acceptance

Of our kids exactly as they are, and of ourselves.

Strengths first

Every kid has gifts. We start there, always.

No one-size-fits-all

What works is what works for your family.

How it works

Chats by topic and age

ADHD, reading and dyslexia, autism, 2E, big feelings, school, and age groups from little ones to young adults. Join what fits.

Monthly circle‑ups, coming soon

Once a month, a small in-person circle-up in Erin's Linden Hills office, with a livestream for anyone joining from home. Details to come.

Shared resources

A place for parents to share what has helped: books, tools, local programs, and ideas.

Diagnosis, no diagnosis, or "not sure yet": you belong here.

The grrit. circle agreement

Everyone agrees to these before joining. They are what make this a safe place to be real.

  1. You know your kid. Every family's choices are theirs to make, and we honor them.
  2. Radical acceptance. Of our kids, of each other, of ourselves.
  3. Strengths first. We talk about our kids the way we'd want them to hear it.
  4. Share, don't steer. Tell what worked for your family, never what someone else should do.
  5. What's shared here stays here. No screenshots, no forwarding, no retelling someone's story outside the circle.
  6. No selling. No promotions, pitches, or recruiting.
  7. Peer support, not crisis care. In an emergency, call 911, or call or text 988.

This is a parent-led space. We each help keep it kind by following the agreement.
