Intentional Integration

The longer I teach and the more students I work with, the more I believe that an experiential and integrated approach is essential to deep learning. Unfortunately, students with learning differences are often confined to restrictive tutoring offices, ultra-structured classroom environments, or online coaching with a disembodied adult.

Systematic and explicit literacy, math, and executive functioning intervention can be informed by and work within hands-on, collaborative, and relationship-oriented education.
